А Вы пили бельгийский виски?
|
Нет, только пиво. Я, вообще, к крепким напитком спокойно отношусь. Вино в приоритете.
Такой обзор нашёл: "Let's get straight to the point: this is not whisky. This is a triple distilled malt that only spent half a year in barrel. We know St Feuillien mainly from their delicious triple beer, but in 2018 they let Etienne Bouillon – better known for the Belgian whisky The Belgian Owl – distil their wort. The result was put on first fill bourbon barrels et voilà, six months later this spirit drink was born. Nice tidbit of knowledge: for one liter of this stuff they needed 13 liters of the beer.
Refreshing and very fruity nose – almost candy-like – on apricots, peach, apples and zespri. Smells like fruit juice on steroids in all honesty. But that doesn't mean I like this. It is a bit too sweet to my taste and especially very one-dimensional.
The body is very light, almost watery. Again very sweet and fresh with now also notes of cherries and grapes. This is slowly starting to look like a slivovitz. And although there is nothing wrong with it, I am not exactly waiting on that as a whisky lover.
Surprisingly long finish with a soft touch of wood and vanilla.
This Walloon spirit seems to me rather something to mix but with a price tag of 70 EUR for a half liter bottle, that’s simply too expensive."
