Hi this is again Torsten ...
thanks for your fast reaction, let me answer step by step ....
First of all i want to say that the organisators do their really really best and they try to make it as save as possible. They feel responsible and of course they dont want any bad result or surprise. I can fully understand them.
In the contract will be for example also written that i cannot repeat this watch without permission of the organisator. This is absolutely right and ok !
I think we will have two contracts :
1. Invoice to each participant about the amount
2. Contract to the organisators about the rights ( can be made with a contact person in DE or RU )
______________________________
Invoice:
Each participant will get an invoice and this invoice is already a contract. I will send this invoices immediately after the organisatorse feel save and give me the ok.

Shipment:
I prefer DHL company ,
if somebody wants another forwarder then i can absolutely use this company.
I will add only the REAL shipping and packing cost , no cent more !
The Shipping will be written in the final invoice. It need to be paid with the second payment.
We will have enough time to clear this point after we started the production.

ETA movements:
The decorated ETA movements are blocked for watch.ru project. The price is very very good. I just want to say i need to tell my supplier when i will take them.
No problem here yet , just an information.
