I’m very sorry about this.
Unfortunately we have stopped deliveries to Russia temporarily. We are having problem with Post Office in Russia and Spain. In the last 3 months, more than 50% of the packages are getting lost or stolen. Neither the Post Office in Russia or in Spain are taking care of the insure agreements.
Under this circumstances we cannot ship to Russia. We have always offered warranty deliveries and in case of parcel lost we ship them again. But the Post is not paying the insurance. Until this situation is clarify we have stopped shipments as it is costing us a lot of money and a lot of unsatisfied customers.
I’m sorry for the inconvenient and thank you in advance for your understanding.
We will send an e-mail to all our customers in Russia as soon as we are able to ship again.
