I just want someone to advise me if I have problem with the service and attitude of Lange, I buy a Lange 1 Time Zone in Switzerland and travel back to HK in the same day; and when I back the same night, I try to adjust the time, and the crown is loosen and nearlly fall out. Next day, I give it to the service centre in HK and they confirm the watch has problem, but not specify the problem. I have never wear the watch and I do request them to exchange the new and same model for me. Up to now, nearlly three weeks, no positive reply is heard from them. In this circumstance, what can I do. What is the customer protection right in this situation.
Их форум. Так, что все проблемы свойственные например нелюбимому здесь UN, характерны и для этой "безупречной" марки. А если соотнести кол-во выпускаемых часов к поломкам, в процентном отношении, может получиться похуже, чем у опять-таки нелюбимого здесь VC
